Williams Building Group offers several different framing systems to fit the needs of your metal building.
The Clear Span Rigid Frame is the ideal system when economical, column free interior space is desired. This framing system clears spans up to 300' or more. On-Center and Off-Center Ridges and Single-Slope designs are also available. All these economical clear span structures permit unsurpassed flexibility in use of interior space.

If your building plans call for totally unobstructed interior space, the Williams Building Group can provide the solution with our clear span Rigid Frame system. Our rigid framing is ideal for stores, recreational facilities, hangars, warehouses or any application where open interior space is needed. Rigid Frames can be designed for center ridge, off center ridge or single slope. Roof pitch can be as low as 1/4:12. With Rigid Frames, virtually any building width or eave height can be achieved. The Williams Building Group custom concept approach to design allows builders to use Rigid Frames in conjunction with other Williams Building Group framing systems (such as Open Web or Continuous Beam) to provide owners the most economical solution. Rigid Frames can also be used with other systems including block, tilt-up, conventional steel framing or even wood. This 55 KSI steel, solid web framing system consists of either straight or tapered rafters, rigidly connected to either straight or tapered vertical columns. Clearances can be made for virtually any eave height. Spans can typically range from 30’ to over 300’ in increments of 1/16”. Our Rigid Frame systems can be designed to accept any specified wind loads and crane loads. Any girt placement can be utilized, including flush mounted, inset or outset. Prior to any field finish coats of paint, a rust inhibitor primer is factory applied to all framing members. Backed by industry leading warranty for material and workmanship.
