Tuf-lite and Wallite Day Lighting

Tuf-Lite and Wallite panels are extremely cost effective because they are incorporated right into the roof and wall panels of the building.

Tuf-lite and Wallite panels are the economical choice when natural, diffused lighting is desired for brighter working conditions, in addition to savings on lighting costs. Both translucent panels are made of white, fire retardant FRP (fiber-reinforced polymer), allowing for light transmission of 60%. Both Tuf-Lite and Wallite panels are extremely cost effective because they are incorporated right into the roof and wall panels of the building. Tuf-Lites are available in SSR, HWR, and Panel Rib Roof profiles. Wallites are available in Panel Rib and Vee Rib Wall profiles.

Tuf-Lite

Tuf-Lite panels are made of translucent fiberglass reinforced acrylic modified polyester which provides soft, diffused natural light for your building. Optional condensation pans are available. Day light panels are available in optional fire retardant material. The fire retardant panels are UL 25 flame spread rated. Tuf-Lites are white translucent GFRP panels manufactured in either the Panel Rib or SSR roof profile. Standard length is 10-’4” and are available with UL Class 90 wind load uplift rating. SSR Roof System Tuf-Lites are assembled with metal rails which allows the panel to be seamed into the roof. Rails are available in one standard color — Egyptian White. SSR panels are available with stiffener channels to achieve a UL Class 90 wind uplift rating.

Wallite

Wallite panels are made of translucent fiberglass reinforced acrylic modified polyester which provides soft, diffused natural light for your building. Wallites are white translucent GFRP panels available in Panel Rib or Vee Rib profiles in standard lengths of 5’-3” as well as custom lengths.
